DC = qualified as District Champion
Q = Qualified based on points
(these notations are NOT from the VHSL, but based on my personal computations)
** Shawsville played 1 non-public school this season (Roanoke Catholic) and
Dan River played 1 (Hargrave Military). Games against non-public schools
DO NOT COUNT in the power ratings, which is actually the ratings points
earned divided by the number of games played against public schools.
Since this is so rare, I've never mentioned it before... but it is
a factor that has to be considered this year.
Te simplest way to work with this is to multiply the total ratings points
by 1.111.
